Acquired by the USN, designated AVG-10 and named Breton, after a sound in Louisiana.
Redesignated ACV-10, 20 Aug 1942.
Transferred to the RN and commissioned as HMS Chaser (D32).
Redesignated CVE-10, 15 Jul 1943.
RN designation temporarily changed to R306 for service in the Pacific, 1945.
Returned to USN, 12 May 1946.
Fate: Sold into merchant service 20 Dec 1946 as Aagtekerk. Renamed E Yung, 1967.
