myeclipse运行本地项目运行到

INFO SessionFactoryObjectFactory:82 - Not binding factory to JNDI, no JNDI name configured
系统卡住，大概启动是1分钟，进入系统后运行数据库也会特别慢。
有没有大佬知道什么问题啊，感谢感谢

Not binding factory to JNDI, no JNDI name configured。没监听到jndi连接，说白了，你没用jndi，不算错。你如果用hibernate生成factory，应该在Configuration里面Propertites设置format-true Show-true
