开着的tomcat，然后关闭重启就会报
The APR based Apache Tomcat Native library which allows optimal performance in production environments was not found on the java.library.path:
但是你如果重启一下电脑，就又能正常启动tomcat了。这个是什么原因啊？难道我每次都重启电脑吗。
要说按照网上下载APR，但是网上给的下载地址里面只有windows版本的，我是linux系统。
