版本的问题，直接在终端pip install opencv-contrib-python和你一样的问题，后来用pycharm装了opencv-contrib-python 3.3版本，可以正常使用

安装opencv 和 opencv_contrib的3.4.2.16就可以了，
opencv:https://pypi.org/project/opencv-python/3.4.2.16/#files 自己选择对应的版本
opencv_contrib:https://pypi.org/project/opencv-contrib-python/3.4.2.16/#files 自己选择对应的版本 pip就行了

直接介样导入就好了
import cv2.xfeatures2d

我已经解决了 可以交流下

重新安装opencv，cmake时加上-D OPENCV_ENABLE_NONFREE =ON
