5大吃一惊：返回主菜单多次点击云朵触发。
6牛气哄哄：需要激活清理障碍物，激活后等待奶牛出现，TNT放在奶牛背上时快速点击，一般在美国触发。
7太阳的第三块石头：多次点击太阳触发。
8尾旋下降：有时天空中会出现直升机，点击触发。
9小鹿和蜥蜴王子：需要激活清理障碍物，激活后等待鹿出现，剧情很长，需要不断点击。
10来次桶式翻滚！有时天空中会出现老式飞机，点击触发
11没耐心：多次点击屏幕顶端的白色小火车触发。
13破碎：多次点击扭蛋机的玻璃触发。
15超时空溺爱：多次点击有很多复古游戏的车厢触发。
16钢笔&墨水：点击任务日志旁边的笔与墨水触发。
17闪光车架：打开升级界面，多次点击任意一个升满级的金色边框触发。
18闪光铁轨：返回主菜单多次点击logo触发。
还有3个彩蛋我没触发，据说分别是：1在右上时间到00：00时点击时钟或logo触发。2点击白天亮起的车灯。3点击白天的星星。

1. Air Drop - When traveling, click on an airplane. It will drop a small package. Click on the package as it falls, and you'll get the secret. The package also gives you a random piece of cargo that will be added to either the cargo on the train or your depot (only if you have not unlocked that piece of cargo yet).
2. Ali's Smokes - Put two fingers on screen to the left and to the right of the chimney, but at an equal distance of the chimney of your engine while there is smoke. You'll see the smoke trying to avoid the spot right in the middle of your two fingers. Make multiple circular movements to unlock the secret. see https://imgur.com/a/ITBUN
3. Blast From The Past - Equip the Arcade car and tap on it several times.
4. Cowboom - Have the trail inspector active, then, when he throws dynamite at a cow, keep clicking the dynamite on the cow.
5. Cracked - Tap the glass of the gumball machine until it breaks.
6. Do A Barrel Roll - Tap on the Biplane in the Tutorial as it flies on screen
7. Don't Bother Me - Go to the passenger screen and tap any of the faces until it becomes angry.

9. Full Throttle - Double tap and hold anywhere on the train or background to speed up the train.
10. Gone Fishing - Repeatedly tap the center of the Hudson Bay (large body of water on the north side of Canada East)
11. Impatient - Where it tells you how far till the next station tap the tiny train. (either once or a couple of times)
12. Lizard Prince and the Deer - Similar to the secret Cowboom but with the deer obstacle. Have Hank active, then, when he throws dynamite at a deer, keep clicking the dynamite on the deer. If you time it right the secret animation will start. You will have to tap on the deer again at different points in the animation.

13. Master Popper - Tap on the rising emoticons when arriving at a station.
14. Pen & Ink - Go to the Log book and in the left-hand corner (where it says Quest Log) click on the pen and ink. (Again either once or a couple of times)
15. Shiny Rails - Tap where it says Tiny Rails on the main menu screen.
16. Tail Spin - When traveling, click on a helicopter when it passes.
17. Third Rock from the Sun - Click on the sun a couple of times, the sun will suddenly drop out of the sky causing the world to go black and white for a few seconds. (Fun fact: Even after you get the secret, if you try it again the animation will repeat; however, you can only do it once a day. Not true; if you wait a couple seconds after the sun comes back up, you can send it right back down again.)
18. Thunderstruck - tap clouds on the clouds on the main menu until lightning strikes.
19. Tip the Scales - "Click on all on-screen elements once". After complete the tutorial, you need to tap the following elements in the upper center part of the screen one by one. Each tap results in a tip given by Valerie. When the last tip appears, the secret is unlocked.

7. Lighthouse - While in the beach area in Tallahassee click on the lighthouse. (I recommend doing this one while your train speed is still low seeing as how currently my train goes past it before it even loads :') ) This also works on the route between Los Angeles, CA and San Francisco, CA and the route between Atlanta, GA and Miami, FL.
10. Stroke of Midnight - In the upper right-hand corner of the main playing screen wait for the clock to say 00:00 then click it a few times. (It gives you a little time after midnight to click on it but I wouldn't risk it.)
14. Windmill - When in an area with windmills a.k.a Farms click on one and you'll get the secret. (I recommend getting this when you're heading towards the lighthouse as on the way to Miami there are some Farms.)
Lighthouse, Stroke of Midnight and Windmill are no longer on the secrets list.

对照了下这边手机版中文的顺序，和1楼基本一致但有一点点小的出入：6是大师波普（对应英文13，到站时点冒出的表情小气泡），9是平衡局势（对应英文19，分别点击界面中上方那一小片区域里的的始发站、日期、终点站、剩余距离、速度计，会有5个tips，5个都看完就行了），12和14分别是那两个需要激活清理障碍物点牛和鹿的（我还没打出来不确定中文名是什么Orz），19是阿里的烟（对应英文2，两个手指在火车头烟囱两边画圈圈，多画几圈烟就能变色了，参考【 https://imgur.com/a/ITBUN 】）

英文攻略我也看，我目测是1楼的15个（除去鹿，还没遇上），加大师波普、阿里的烟
