请教 win10下安装PADS2007的问题

win10系统下 安装pads2007，已经对安装文件做了兼容性设置，但在安装到“MGC SDD Configurator”时弹出提示，“the following ePD applications are running - please shut them down and click OK to continue” “Dashboard”
求各路大神指点解决办法。

安装PADSVX.2.3，和9.5一样的，Win10只能装这个。我安装了N次9.5都失败了，PADSVX.2.3能正常使用，没有发现什么不好。
