本VB程序使用IE浏览器控件WebBrowser和网页版微信，
通过RichTextBox文本框来发送微信。在RichTextBox文本框中输入要发送的微信消息
按回车键后，自动将输入的内容发送到微信中。

思路很好，很简单。其实可以尝试隐藏浏览器窗口，只在登陆的时候显示二维码让大家扫码。
