现在想找客服找不到，请问大家在哪里找客服？

我昨天晚上刚验证了，两小时后发邮件，然后我的账户就被锁了。给他们客服回了邮件，说是永久封锁，不会再回我邮件了。 我刚才找到上诉的邮件，写了邮件和提供证据上诉，但是不知道有没有用。
