各位来宾，
女士们，先生们：

上午好！欢迎大家出席中国—东盟建立战略对话关系15周年纪念招待会暨“和谐共处”图片展。我愿借此机会，感谢东盟常驻代表委员会与我团共同主办此次活动，感谢《中国—东盟博览》杂志的鼎力支持。我还要特别感谢新加坡驻东盟使团、东盟秘书处和我的团队为本次活动所作的精心准备。Good Morning, Selamat Pagi! A very warm welcome to this reception to celebrate the 15th Anniversary of the China-ASEAN Strategic Partnership. I wish to express appreciation to the Committee of Permanent Representatives to ASEAN for co-organizing this event. My thanks also go to the Singapore Permanent Mission, ASEC and my team for their hard preparations over the weeks and the China-ASEAN Panorama Magazine for their valuable support to the photo exhibition.

总结过去，是为了开辟未来。过去15年发展历程给我们很多启示，其中最重要的就是双方共同追求睦邻友好、和平发展的目标，共同秉持“和谐共生”、“和而不同”的价值观，共同奉行讲信修睦、平等相待、开放包容、合作共赢的相处原则。随着中国与东盟各自进入发展新阶段，中国—东盟关系由成长期进入成熟期，携手迈入提质升级的新时代。Experience of the past will guide us towards the future. One most important experience is that we share the vision of common peace and development; we believe in the value of "harmony in diversity" and we follow the principles of equality and mutual respect, openness and inclusiveness, good-neighborliness and win-win cooperation.

15年前，中国和东盟国家领导人以睿智和远见将中国—东盟关系提升为战略伙伴关系，揭开了双方关系崭新的一页。15年来，中国与东盟风雨同舟，携手前行，共同应对了风险挑战，共同收获了和平繁荣。中国—东盟合作为双方人民带来了实实在在的利益，成为亚太区域合作中最为成功和最具活力的典范。15 years ago, our leaders with their wisdom and vision, opened a new chapter in China-ASEAN relations. Our relationship has grown by leaps and bounds in the decade and half and has become a most successful and dynamic pair of relationship in the world today.
