Chinese Ambassador Yao Jing on Tuesday invited Pakistani citizens to take advantage of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) as well as Chinese expertise.

He was addressing the CPEC Summit, being hosted by the Dawn Media Group in collaboration with the Ministry of Planning and Development, which kicked off at Karachi’s Bagh-i-Jinnah on Monday.

It looks like Pakistan is not developing itself for CPEC. The corrupt Goverment is relying on Chinese. You have to also build the economy modern infranstructure for this project to be successful. I've not heard of any new buissness, factories, resources, plants, exports, etc... Why is Pakistans PMLN not doing anything?

If you want Pakistan to develop, then stop charging them exorbitant rates. CPEC solar power 9cents/Kwh. Mexico 2.8 c/kwhr, Dubai 3.2 c/Kwhr. Please check the rates that CPEC is charging and the rates in the international market.
