话说我一直觉得在Grey里面创伤科和普外科有点重合的感觉。
剧里面坚果和四月都是创伤科的，但大部分时间，他们的手术都至少和一个其他科室的主治一起进行而且大部分时间都是和普外的一起。然后四月主要还管着ER，有急诊病人来了她安排出检加呼叫不同的科室医生，但Mere被停职期间，四月又被任命为普外的代理主任，所以其实这两个科室对应的病患类型差不多咯？然后平时创伤就主要管理ER？

Trauma类似于我们的急诊，要有紧急处理伤病的能力，需要对来的病人冷静的分类，大部分处理是外伤，如果要做手术就类似于普外，但是他们的工作重点是处理紧急case并通知相应科室来处理。普外也就是普外的case了。

所以西雅图死亡医院就是没有Emergency Department而是整合到Trauma Department代替咯？我看一些其他剧集例如ER等等，大多数医院还是有个急症科的，此科室也有resident呢~
