Try to perform these general tips in the first place:
- Reboot your device by turning it off and then on again.
- Make sure that you have a stable Internet connection: 4G or Wi-Fi.
- Check free memory space available on the device. Delete the apps or media files you no longer need, if there's free memory shortage.
- Close all other apps running in the background.
If nothing changes, try switching to another Internet connection for the game: use Wi-Fi instead of 4G and vice versa. Keep in mind that high level signal is not equal to the stable connection. There might be factors leading to disruptions, such as other network users near you downloading something from the Internet or limitations set in the router settings. Network could also be simply overloaded with users.
