To resolve this issue, please read carefully as all the data requested is required to proceed further. You can send up to 5 messages after this request and you can add one image per response. We kindly ask to provide us with:
- a scan or a photo of an ID card, passport, driving licence or documents like "permit to stay". Make sure that name, surname, photo, date of birth and expiry date of document are visible (please hide your sensitive data that doesn't concern this case - national identification number, address, document number). Please provide us with a photo of the front and the back.
- all e-mail addresses that you own and may have used at G2A/G2A Pay with the reason of usage more than one e-mail
- an explanation, why you intended to purchase more than one copy ofG2A Gift Card
We are using such proofs for verification purposes only and as a one of steps into unlocking your account. All the data is encrypted on our servers and safe. Without this kind of verification it will not be possible to proceed with the case. You can hide your sensitive data, for instance, with scraps of paper, because we prefer not edited photo images.
