我和楼主的情况类似，今天收到了GNC的邮件，说现在因为海关的原因发不了中国了

我是支付宝扣款，然后gnc订单状态是空的，也没有gnc订单邮件。你收到这个gnc邮件回复之后有再沟通吗？如果是海关问题，不应该是接受付款又不管吧，要么取消订单退费，要么解决问题

GNC的客户就像**一样，收到邮件后，第二天就收到订单取消了，昨天退的款，希望我这边只是个例吧

@贴吧用户_QJZ1JJK 能不能告诉我gnc的邮箱，我也发邮件问问，取消订单退款也是一个说法，这个搁置太难受了

一样的情况，本来想直邮的，结果一直没消息，然后点网站的live chat，问了客服后才给我发个取消的邮件，扣款说2到5天才返还。。。。。无语的工作效率
