（2）你暗示他每天要打电话问候你。
（3）你通常用它做为谈话的开场白。（亚洲人的普遍习惯）
对于“员工们还好吗？ ”
（1）你是一个的严厉老板而且时常喜欢监控员工。
（2）你提醒梁先生应当随时向你汇告员工们的一切情况。
（3）你暗示他跟员工们说BYJ会经常检查他们工作的效率！
噢别生气勇俊！在你惩罚我之前，我愿意告诉你我的诚实想法。
实际上，你是担心梁先生忙于工作忘记吃饭，你不想让他胃痛。对于员工们，你是害怕错过了他们生日或者婚礼的日期。最重要的，你担心他们有可能生病或者需要钱，你总是想在他们最需要的时候给予及时的帮助。多么好的一个兄弟和老板！

Dearest YJ,
Mr Yang said that when you stayed at Samcheok, you would call him at least once a day.
You would say, “Have you eaten?” or “How is staff?”
YJ, can I guess why you made such call daily?
For “Have you eaten?" :
1) You felt boring therefore just called Mr Yang to chat.
2) You hint him to call you daily so as to send regards to you.
3) You normally used it as opening for a conversation ( common for Asian )
For "How is staff?"
1) You are a serious boss and would often like to monitor the staff.
2) You reminded Mr Yang that he should report to you everything about them.
3) You hint him to remind the staffs that BYJ was often checking the progress of their works!
Oh don't be angry Yong Joon! Before you want to kill me, I will tell you my guesses honestly.
Actually you were afraid that Mr Yang might forget to eat due to work. You didn't want him to have stomach ache. As for the staffs, you were afraid that you might forget their Birthdays, Wedding Days etc etc. Most important, you were afraid that some might be sick or were in need of money, you just wanted to help them when needed. What a good brother and boss !
Would you call me occassionally just to say, "안녕하세요" ?
