USPS的first class有点疑问求大神指点这个快递现在的状态是来的路上还是其他？到中国会不会显示到达中国

我姐给我寄了这个快递百度了一下现在真的特别糟心。而且他没写中文地址全英文

发邮件问了下usps他们的答复如下Our tracking information is updated once an item is processed through a postal facility. Once an item is processed through a postal facility, the tracking will update with the location and time of processing. While an item is in transit from one facility to the next, the Postal Service cannot track a item, we can only assume that the item is in transit. The only service that allows for accountability at every step of way is Registered Mail. With Registered Mail service, each individual that encounters and processes the mail item must sign for it until the item reaches its final destination. Until your package receives a tracking update, we will not have any additional information regarding your item.

汇报下情况，打11183告诉我要有转国内EMS的单号然鹅我并没有。顺便问了下家附近的EMS告诉我没法查也没有电话，一脸懵逼。打11185查了下附近邮局，邮局的派件告诉我要找EMS。所以我现在该咋办。我到底是去邮政找还是去EMS找。真崩溃

楼主有啥进展了没。我俩情况一样。前几天去过一次邮局。说到了会给我打电话就派送就把我打发走了。
