Alias : Snip Tail, The Beast, Buffalo Killer
Order in Dominance : Dreadlocks was the 2nd most dominant Mapogo brother after Makhulu, he was generally the commander of the Mapogo brothers when Makhulu was not around to commandeer them.
Background : Dreadlocks was only behind Makhulu in the dominance order and the 4th oldest Mapogo of the 6 brothers. One of the most powerful and bigger Lions ever seen in Sabi Sands, he was Makhulu's right hand man. As a young cub his tail was slightly cut from an unknown cause, leading to the nickname Snip Tail. Another notorious nickname he gained was the Buffalo Killer or Beast due to his ability to kill Buffalo on solo missions and his beastly presence. It is widely pointed out that rarely did an enemy escape whenever he was involved in battle. Whenever Makhulu was not present, Dreadlocks would take 2nd command of the Mapogo group, leading them into battle. Whenever Makhulu was around, both were an unstoppable force of nature. A powerful and destructive Lion, he loved his brothers and would gladly die for any of them. The Specialist in Buffalo hunts as well as the heavy artillery and Tank within the Mapogo ranks.
