Recently, in many different websites and channels of communications, I saw posts that casually claims to vote more than once in ISML, using different devices and/or connection method. Some community leaders were seen "educating" people how to vote multiple times, and warning that certain methods should be avoided. These are blatant examples of violation of ISML's one person one ballot rule. We will try our hardest to detect such violation and remove the votes from all offending entities.
Therefore, if you are a forum moderator, a blog owner, or someone of position in any website, please discourage people from voting more than once in a single match. Please campaign by encouraging new people to vote and old voters to not forget to vote. Campaign by posting materials that will make people love and vote for your favorite characters. Don't encourage cheating. If you find someone multivoting, please warn them about it so it won't tarnish your reputation. We will do everything we can to find and remove cheaters. Don't let people cheat and drag you and your friends along into irrelevance.
