求助EndNote X7在WPS中不能插入参考文献

求助EndNote X7在WPS中点击insert citation里面的Find显示No matching records were found，有没有大神知道怎么解决啊？

在搜索栏输入关键词再点find，和关键词匹配的endnote库里的文献会显示出来
