输出
未能启动外部程序 g++ -g ${file} -o ${file}.exe。spawn g++ ENOENT
到底是哪里出问题了？

不仅仅是楼上几位说的，使用命令面板C/Cpp: Edit Configurations，在c_cpp_configirations.json中的includePath中加入你mingw的include路径即可
