The rocker/actor was spotted hanging and strolling with some friends taking it easy before tonight's big New Year's Eve celebrations begin. Jared was also seen with a mystery blonde following closely behind him, and witnesses say the two were spotted holding hands earlier today. Perhaps Mr. Leto is starting off the new year with a new relationship? Only time will tell!
