这个很简单啊，
720p-60p->1080-60i -vf scale=1920*1080,interlace=lowpass=0
1080i-60->720p-60p -vf bwdif=1,scale=1280*720

试了一下 国内电视台的 1080 i转576i 感觉跟直接录的576i就是不一样 不知道哪里算法有问题 对了 我还用过separate什么
