Job Description
1.Through effective communication, work with SE to troubleshoot customer environmental problems and provide solutions;
2.Analyze problems through log analysis, environmental reproduction and other methods;
3.Record solutions and generate internal knowledge base article.
Work Experience and Technical Background
1.With one of the following experience,
i.experience of Share point related technical support, 3+ years’;
ii.experience of Share point custom development, 5+ years’;
iii.experience of Share point architecture, deployment and maintenance, 5+ years’.
2.Strong logical thinking and analytical skills;
3.Solid learning ability;
4.Decent communication skills, be able to work independently in high pressure work environment with strong sense of responsibility, initiative, global and team work spirit;
5.Good English reading and writing ability;
6.Japanese-Language Proficiency Test N2 certificate or above is preferred.
