我的系统是fedora25，jdk版本是jdk-8u131-linux-x64.rpm。
javac、java都没有问题。
eclipse的版本是eclipse-jee-neon-3-linux-gtk-x86_64.tar.gz。解压到了/opt下。
在终端启到选择workspace界面时，终端的提示

选定workspace后，终端的提示是：

现在我一点击右上方的java EE和java 切换，就报上面的错误。

遇到过，我换个eclipse版本就不会有这个弹窗了

fedora自带的应用市场（是这个名字么？好像不对，算了不管了），有eclipse，运行起来好像没问题，而我在eclipse官网下的运行起来就崩了

官网的即使能跑也有问题,用idea吧.如果你真要用eclipse也可以指定GTK就好了
