android studio的模拟器无法上网问题，求大神解救 - androidstudio吧

android studio的模拟器无法上网，说是dns问题，但在改DNS过程中又出现adb service is out of date。killing...说是adb端口被占用，但在电脑的任务管理器上显示占用adb端口的就是adb程序，，，难道是我端口占用看错了？求解救。。。
