解决不了，QQ透明都会闪，DX米办法，忽忽。。期待DX10能解决问题（没用过）

你把下图的秤台当你的 游戏背景, 上面的小女孩就是 六张 .gif 以Timer控件连续播放, 闪都不闪.(背景透明度由0-255效果都一样)
