Q&A:
Person 1
#1. Q:: Is everything that feels good to us in alignment?
A: No. If we are in denial about what is to our benefit, then we can fool ourselves into thinking something that isn’t to our benefit feels good. This is why it’s important to be honest with ourselves, or else we can mistakingly think anxiety is excitement (or vice-versa). It’s actually common for people to feel good about things that aren’t beneficial. We will always move towards what we believe is beneficial to us, but our false beliefs can make us move towards non-beneficial things. So again, it’s all about beliefs.
#2. Q: Can someone feel good committing murder?
A: Yes, that’s why there is so much of it on our planet. We can give ourselves reasons to feel good about killing.
#3. Q: But our soul would never feel good doing this, it’s just us lying to ourselves?
A: Depends upon the situation. If someone asks you to assist them in the death process, that could be beneficial for the both of you. You have to take it case-by-case and always be honest with yourself about the motivation. People are responsible for their own death timing to not require the involvement of someone else, but sometimes for various reasons/themes we are exploring at this point, we do request other people’s participation. Eventually in our species we will no longer request others’ participation for the timing. As of now, many of us set up choices that our death timing is unchangeable, others don’t depending on their themes. All death is ultimately suicide, Bashar reminds us.
#4. Q: And we are all exploring infinite themes simultaneously?
A: The oversoul does, but you as an individual only experience this life.
#5. Q: Animals are connected to source? How is an animal able to become ill?
A: Yes everything is. They get sick for various reasons. Some animals are connected with humans and it is part of their interaction with them because they take on human qualities, or to teach the human, or the animal is exploring its own theme, all situations are different.
Person 2
#1. Q: I was excited about coming up here, but when you called me now I feel nervous and fearful.
A: Why are you afraid? What do you think is going to happen? Are you confusing nervousness with excitement?
Q: Stage-fright and worrying about people’s judgement on the questions he is asking (then he feels better).
#2. Q: The more I get to know myself, the more sensitive I am to when I am not being myself.
A: Yes! That is cause for excitement, it’s a good thing.
Q: Well, I keep choosing non-preferred states for some reason. Why?
A: You haven’t found the fundamental belief you are basing that behavior on then, keep digging! You have nothing more important to do and nowhere more important to be than to figure out why you aren’t doing the things you don’t prefer. You must keep digging to find the core negative belief that is out of alignment. Thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are all generated by beliefs; if you are experiencing any that you don’t prefer, then it’s because you have a false belief. As soon as you find a belief that seems non-sensical, that’s not the start of the process, it’s THE END. Once you have found the core belief then it is gone. Keep digging.
Q: How do you keep digging? What about when you are in conditions you don’t prefer?
A: All circumstances are neutral. They have no meaning until you give them one. Are you asking yourself why you feel the way you do about the situation? Ask yourself why you don’t prefer this situation.
Q: Well when people are being disrespectful or uncaring…
A: Why are you basing your feelings and actions on what other people do? You don’t truly understand this concept yet, that others’ beliefs have nothing to do with your experience.
Q: I am worried about how I will react, and I want to interact with love.
A: Then you are basing your actions on your belief of how others will react. You are, in fact, expressing the negativity that you are worried others will express. You are the one being negative. WHY DO YOU CARE? You haven’t answered the question WHY, you need to dig deeper. What is the belief you have that makes you care what others think?
Q: Because I want harmony, I want to be happy…
A: You choose happiness. It’s not your job, it’s none of your business what other people’s experience is, whether they are happy or not. The only reason you are not remaining happy or calm around these people is because you have a negative belief that you shouldn’t remain calm. Once you find this belief you will no longer feel you can’t remain calm. RELAX. You are going through your process and it’s fine. That’s enough, thank you.
Person 3
#1. Q: Do you have marriage on your planet?
A: Not the way it is ritualized on your planet, no. We allow relationships to be whatever they are, however it changes, we don’t assume what it should be. We just allow it to be. In that way, we are all married to each other, one big marriage with difference expressions of relationships.
Q: Here on Earth, we have to get a license sanctioned by government to get married. Are we tapping into the “government” vibration when we do that?
A: You can create any vibrational state you need regardless; you can use that as a permission slip if you need to, but really you can do that at any time. Up to you.
#2. Q: Is tithing based on the concept “as you give so shall you receive”?
A: It’s based on synchronicity and what is relevant for you to experience based on the themes you are exploring. It’s all in perfect timing to serve you best.
Q: So when you give 10% of your income to your religion, it comes back multiplied?
A: Yes, but that’s not timing. That’s just a permission slip you are using. You can use that or other techniques, whatever works for you
Person 4
#1. Q: I have had a reoccurring dream my whole life: flying. I remember being “trained” to fly when I was little, and it was difficult, and as I’ve grown it’s become easier and easier in my dreams. It’s morphed.
A: Well yes, it’s about learning to fly in a different way.
Q: For the past 10 years there is a theme in the flying dreams where I am running away.
A: Are you running away from something in life?
Q: Well over the 10 years I moved, I am closer to living the life I always wanted, but the dreams make me anxious because I am running but I can’t ever get away.
A: What do you think will happen if you can’t get away?
Q: Well, I’ve never actually been caught.
A: So you are able to outrun anything that could possibly be negative? Isn’t that a positive way to perceive the dream?
Q: Yes, I guess it is. I will have to change my beliefs about this and incorporate it into my waking life to see if it changes my dreams.
A: Does it have to be that complicated? If you want to go through that process then you can.
Q: Okay.
#2. Q: I am a jeweler, it’s my passion, I love it. I have an idea for a line I’ve created, I’ve already made some pieces for friends. The concept is for people to pick a color/shape/symbol/stone and then I take that and turn it into something that reflects that person’s vibration. Can you give me some suggestions on how to…
A: What do you think you need from me? What do I need to give you other than what you are already doing? Do you need a permission slip from me?
Q: Yes.
A: Here’s the permission slip: you don’t need a permission slip. There’s your permission slip.
(she laughs)
Person 5
#1. Q: My biggest desire is for self-empowerment but I’m struggling with inner criticism and self-judgement. I don’t think I’m good enough.
A: Good enough for what? Who could be better at being you than you?
Q: I don’t know - how to I get myself to believe it?
A: You want me to drive it in? What will it take for you to believe it? What belief is stopping you from knowing it? You are making a decision here. You could just stop yourself and say I am good enough.
Q: I guess I just doubt myself.
A: Doubt is not a lack of belief, it’s a choice to believe in something that isn’t in alignment with your true self. Why are you choosing to trust something you don’t prefer instead of something you do prefer?
Q: That’s why I want it to stop.
A: But I’m asking you a question. What is stopping you from believing that trusting in yourself is just as powerful and will stick just as much as trusting something you don’t prefer? Trusting in something you don’t prefer is not easier than trusting in something you DO prefer.
Q: Yes, I’m trying to break that pattern.
A: It’s not a pattern, it’s a choice you are making at every moment. It is not easier or more real to trust in something you don’t prefer. Why do you believe that? How does it serve you to hold a negative image of yourself?
Q: It doesn’t. I guess it keeps me in a safe place.
A: What are you afraid of in leaving that place?
Q: I guess I think something bad will happen.
A: Why would you choose to believe that? Would you like me to tell you why? Because you have a definition of excitement that is something other than excitement. If you had an actual definition of excitement then you’d know that excitement can’t contain anything negative. If something not preferred crops up then it is neutral. There is no reason to fear something you don’t prefer happening. Because if you don’t define it as “bad” then you can get something positive out of the experience. If you stay in the positive state then you will know you can always gain something beneficial from anything “negative” that crops up.
Q: Thank you.
