The story　　Disney's "High School Musical" phenomenon leaps onto the big screen in HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL3: SENIOR YEAR, which finds high school seniors Troy(ZAC EFRON) and Gabriella(VANESSA HUGENS) facing the prospect of being separated from one another as they head off in different directions to college. Joined by the rest of the Wildcats, they stage an elaborate spring musical reflecting their experiences, hopes and fears about their future. With incredible new music and exciting dance numbers designed to take maximum advantage of the big screen, this motion picture extravaganza delivers plenty of high-energy entertainment from East High's talented ensemble.

Cast　　Zac Efron/Troy Bolton　　All though high school, Troy has been at the top of his game, both on and off the court. But what's next? Suddenly the fun of high school has been replaced by serious life decisions. What happens after the final school bell rings? Is this the end of his basketball career, of just the begining? Where will he go to college? And most importantly, will he and Gabriella stay together?

Vanessa Hudgens/Gabriella Montez　　Just when Gabriella was getting comfortable being a Wildcat, it's time to graduate and leave it all behind. She's ready to tackle the academic challenges of college, but leaving behing the one place she knows may not be as easy as she would like. With the prom, the musical and college to think about, it's getting harder and harder to find time to be with Troy.

Ashley Tisdale/Sharpay Evans　　Sharpay's always ready to steal the show, and this year is no exception. Prepared to shine and be discovered, she's eager to star in the musical to end all musicals, and solidify her future as an entertainment superstar. Will she get her big break? Only time will tell for Miss Sharpay Evans.

Lucas Grabeel/Ryan Evans　　As Drama Club President, there's nothing Ryan loves more than showing off his song and dance. But what happens when the show ends? When the curtain falls on the final musical of Ryan's high school career, will he be able to perform in the real world? Ryan can't help but dream aout the next time his name will appear in lights.

Corbin Bleu/Chad Danforth　　Basketball is Chad's top priority this year. He wants to say goodbye to East High with a win. Focused on stepping up his game, the last thing Chad's concerned with in Prom. Will the Wildcats win the state championship? Will Chad be able to pass on his basketball wisdom to younger players, or will the basketball team's unstoppable reputation come to an end?

Monique Coleman/Taylor McKessie　　It's senior year for the East High Wildcats and naturally Taylor is engrossed in the yearbook. Busy planning all of the yearly activities and making sure the yearbook is the best it could ever be, she doesn't have much time for anything else. However, on thing Taylor can find time for is Prom, and she's beyond excited for it to say the least! Will Chad ask her to Prom, or is he to busy with the state championships?

Olesya Rulin/Kelsi Nielsen　　As resident songwriter for the East High Wildcats, Kelsi is hard at work writing a musical everyone will remember. Kelsi's talent is quieter than most, so it makes it hard for her stand out in the crowd. Will she get the recognition she deserves for her true talents?
