Warning: World-writable config file '/etc/mysql/debian.cnf' is ignored 大致是说mysql的这个配置文件有问题（权限全局可写），任何一个用户都可以修改它。这是mysql的一种安全机制，所以忽略掉这个配置文件，导致无法进入。所以

修改一下这个文件的权限再试试。设置其他用户不可写，如：chmod 755 /etc/mysql/debian.cnf
另外推荐lz使用较新的debian stable版本。
