【TINKER TUTORIAL QUEST WON'T START AFTER "EVERYTHING IS SHADOW".】
I've recently started playing this again, so I logged in when I saw the new update. I made a new character and just decided to chuckle about before my old character was returned. I got to Mission 2 in Campaign as the new one and migration was complete. And here begins the problematic journey. I go through most of the quests up till mission 1, had a bug with Cobra LGV but I assume that a dev responded or it just timed itself and saw that I already HAD an LGV in my inventory(because I had previously played this as another character). Then, and this is the KEY ISSUE that I have. I start Everything is Shadow.It all goes well until the final room where I'm supposed to get my ultimate ability...But it doesn't give it to me.Okay I think to myself, this is fine, as long as I progress forward. I get done with the mission and in Copa...The tinker quest won't start. I tried everything, there's no after-mission dialogue,nothing. All I have is a quest from before migration that I didn't complete and that is it. I can't move on to Mission 2, and I can't do the tinker tutorial to move on in the tutorial questchain. I've tried logging in and out of the game and replaying the mission.Nothing worked. I really hope that this gets fixed, because I don't want to lose my old character to this kind of stuff, I have alot of great items on her.

I had the same problem. Learnt a workaround from my army mate about another player who had the same problem and able to progress the tutorial missions.
Workaround: Travel to sertao, ur next tutorial mission will appear. Travel back to copa to complete it. Ur tutorial missions may not continue to show up. Travel to Sertao again, ur next tutorial mission will pop up. Continue to do this zoning to sertao and back to copa to progress ur tutorial missions

I am having the exact same problem and traveling to sertao didn't fix it. I went back and forth several times, logged in and out a ton of times, switched between all 7 of my frames(none lower than lvl 20) several times to no avail. I wish i wouldn't have started another character and just waited for migration. I got to the point where i believe i am supposed to go to the vehicle terminal and get my first rental vehicle but, i had already done this on a new character so i already have the rental lgv in my inventory from him when the voucher is given to me from the tutorial on my old character and then the whole tutorial just ends and i have no more waypoints, tracked quests/missions. and i cant start them from the dashboard. I CANNOT PROGRESS!!! and i am very frustrated.

The new player experience is very fragile in regards to what it wants to you do and what you are actually doing.
You have to use the specific Battleframe Garages, tinker and upgrade the specific weapons, slot specific modules into specific guns, and so on - otherwise you'll get progression blocked.
With regards to All is Shadow, iirc the immediate next thing the NPE wants you to do is to use the Battleframe Station directly across Copa spawn point to repair your gear, then to slot (but not lock in) a perk, remove it, then slot one again and lock it in that time. After that I think it sends you over to Ratchet & Crank's place for the tinker tutorial.
You might try squadding up with someone that has progressed further into the NPE and have them re-running All is Shadow. Your progression might get unblocked temporarily, one step at a time.

Thank you for the reply. I switched to my lvl 20 dreadnaught and was prompted to do the advanced class mission and after that i got the battleframe garage tutorial to repair my frame in Copa like you said but after i repair, the tutorial ends without moving on to the perks portion and all but the first campaign mission are still locked and i cant take part in the bounty stuff i keep hearing about and my VIP is ticking away... progression blocked huh? this is awful. should i do a support request thing? im trying to be patient but its been like 8 or 9 days already and i really want to play. Again, thanks for the help.
