I've submitted your warranty claim. A replacement will be processed within 5 business days. You'll receive your SingPost tracking email once your replacement Pebble ships. It may take 3-7 business days for tracking data to appear on Singpost.com.
We have declared the value of the shipment at a lower price to indicate that it is a replacement rather than a full-price retail unit. In some circumstances, however, fees are still required to receive the package. In this case, we are unfortunately unable to reimburse you for these fees.
Please hold on to any metal bands and charging cables to use with your next watch, and recycle the defective unit through a local electronics recycling program.

Here is your prepaid return label. Please place your Pebble in an envelope and affix this label, then drop it off at a nearby postal center.
Feel free to keep any extra cables or bands, unless instructed otherwise by one of our support representatives.
