In a recent interview, HyunA talked about her solo comeback with 'A'wesome' and 4minute.
She said, "I get asked often whether my solo promotions this time would have a different feeling. They talk like 4minute is completely gone, which is upsetting. I want my promotions this time to feel like an extension to 4minute. Before there was HyunA, we all moved together as a community."
Regarding the disbandment, she said, "Before the disbandment, the members talked. We ran together for seven years. Now we have to follow the dreams that we each can accomplish. I also worry that this could become harmful to all the love 4minute received. From the beginning, I didn't think of my solo comeback as starting something new but just extending our promotions."
She was also asked about her Trouble Maker promotions with Hyunseung, who also became a solo artist after leaving his group. When asked whether the two would reunite, she said, "I cannot say for sure. Trouble Maker was a project that we worked on and prepared whenever a song that matched our concept came in. We haven't made plans for promotions, but I am very ambitious when it comes to performing, so I want to promote as Trouble Maker, too."

在采访中她表示：“我经常被问到对于这次的solo会否有不同的感觉，他们说的像是4minute已经完全是过去式了，让我觉得有些难过。我希望这一次我的活动会像是一个4minute的延伸，毕竟在作为泫雅活动之前，我们曾作为一个团体活动过。”
对于解散，她说：“在解散前，成员也一起讨论过，我们在一起奋斗了7年，但现在我们得为各自所能实现的梦想奋斗了。我也非常担心这会对所有爱4minute的人们造成伤害。从一开始，我就不认为这次solo回归是什么新的东西而是我们活动的延伸。”
泫雅也被问及与贤胜的Trouble Maker分队的活动。贤胜在近期也从组合中单飞了。当被问及两人是否还会再次重组时，她表示：“我不能肯定。Trouble Maker是一个我们一起合作的项目，一旦有适合我们概念的歌的话，我们会进行准备，但目前没有活动计划，不过我对下一次作为Trouble Maker表演十分有野心，因此我还是很想作为Trouble Maker活动的。”
