求问：
windows 2008 r2上安装11.2.0.4 rac，在安装GI时，到启动网格基础结构配置步骤，
报错：ins20802 网格基础结构配置失败
查看详细资料显示 原因为：插件的执行方法错误。
查看日志与mos上有个文档有些相似。Doc ID 2023668.1 链接及内容如下

SYMPTOMS
[INS-20802] Grid Infrastructure Configuration Failed is encountered while Installing and Configuring Oracle Grid Infrastructure 11.2.0.4 in a Windows 2008 R2 cluster.
The Grid Infrastructure configuration log file ($GI_HOME\cfgtoollogs\crsconfig\rootcrs_<hostname>.log) indicates the following:
2015-06-23 13:04:26: starting nodeapps...
2015-06-23 13:04:26: DHCP_flag=0
2015-06-23 13:04:26: nodes_to_start=node1
2015-06-23 13:06:54: exit value of start nodeapps/vip is 1
2015-06-23 13:06:54: output for start nodeapps is PRCR-1013 : Failed to start resource ora.net1.network PRCR-1064 : Failed to start resource ora.net1.network on node node1 CRS-2674: Start of 'ora.net1.network' on 'node1' failed CRS-5804: Communication error with agent process
2015-06-23 13:06:54: output of startnodeapp after removing already started mesgs is PRCR-1013 : Failed to start resource ora.net1.network PRCR-1064 : Failed to start resource ora.net1.network on node node1 CRS-2674: Start of 'ora.net1.network' on 'node1' failed CRS-5804: Communication error with agent process
2015-06-23 13:06:54: D:\oracle\11204\grid\bin\srvctl start nodeapps -n node1 ... failed
However, 'srvctl start nodeapps -n node1' from command line works perfectly fine.
CAUSE
This must be some kind of a timing issue whereby 'srvctl start nodeapps -n node1' as was issued by the OUI fails, but subsequent / later issuance of the same command from command line succeeds without error.
SOLUTION
Click 'Retry' on the Grid Infrastructure Configuration step of the OUI to complete the GI configuration on node 1 and start / complete the GI configuration on subsequent nodes and thus complete the desired GI install / configuration.
