不要用中文路径试试。还有我是把vspipe加到环境变量的可能会方便些

解码失败了吧

最近也在学习VapourSynth，也遇到了类似问题。好像是【-output】前面要增加个【- 】，对应你的批处理，代码结尾应该改成【- --output "1.264"】。
