大马民航局的条例也适用于无人机
最基本的是：
超过20公斤的无人机需要先向当局申请准证，少于20公斤的无需准证
除非事先申请，不然飞行高度不可超过122公尺(400 feet)
在机场/军事重地等敏感区域禁飞
原文：
5.4 An exception to this requirement is small aircraft. For the purposes of this AIC, a smallaircraft is defined as any unmanned aircraft weighing not more than 20 kg. However,the small aircraft has a prohibition on flight in controlled airspace or within anaerodrome traffic zone, unless in either case the permission of the air traffic controlunit has been obtained, a normal maximum height of 400 feet above the surface and aprohibition on flight for the purposes of aerial work.
