Hello, I believe this is a bug related to the "Continue" button on main menu. Apparently it will use the last used settings instead of the actual settings for that save file. It doesn't warn that it will change anything. In some situations settings will make so the save is not eligible for Achievements anymore. We are aware of this problem and I recommend not using the Continue button for now if you care about the save/achievements.
