Responsibilities:
1. Work with clients to understand projectbackground and key challenges.
2. Create and execute project work plans
3. Document, assess and manage projectrelated tasks, risks and issues.
4. Facilitate regular meetings to reviewprogress, milestones and goals with stakeholders.
5. Negotiate and manage customerexpectations.
6. Establish and manage an effective teamto deliver project results with high quality and high customer satisfaction.
7. Coordinate and work closely withcross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery of projects.
8. Liaise with teams and subject matterexperts from global regions.
9. Work with virtual teams and clientsacross geographies.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree (or above) in ComputerScience or equivalent.
2. 8+ years of work experience in software.
3. 3+ years of project managementexperience.
4. Nice to have skills and experience insoftware development technologies, e.g. web development, mobile app developmentetc.
5. Knowledge of SDLC and understanding ofAgile methodologies (Scrum, XP); preferably with PMI/PMP certification.
6. Strong teamwork and interpersonalskills.
7. Ability to negotiate and influence.
8. Prior experience in Pharmaceuticalindustry will be a plus.
