Yes, another "Death Of" event is coming our way in the Fall. All we have to go on is the teaser below, but it certainly suggests that the X-Men's days could be numbered.
The mutant population is currently at the mercy of the Terrigen Mist-resulting M-Pox,which has left them sterile and also proved lethal to existing members of the race - so there's a pretty good chance this is related. Then again, Marvel does like to surprise us... on occasion.
