新人有个疑问这个at the request of the happy couple这里，不知道到底该理解成为这个公民要求匿名还是这对夫妇要求把这个公民匿名。请各位指教。

其实单看你原本的句子有点不通，我也不明白为何是现在式。request是某一点的时间，那句用现在式我也看不通。不过at the request of sbd 是常用的。
