Greeting War Thunder officers;
I am Michael. I am really a big fan of War thunder and all your game series. For now, I am still confused about what happened? But I have read the statements on the steam. It seems that war thunder was charged because of bad credit payment. I am really sorry and feel shame for what happened but i really like this game. I can not stand the life without it . For now, I just want to know whether my account has problems because I found my account was frozed. I usually paly the game in U.S and pay the payment by myself though credit card, but I remember last summer some of my friends helped me with the payment.(because I am international student, if i go back to china it is really hard fro me to pay online, so I have to purchase Gold Eagle though third platform, it is kind like Amazon ). I am not sure it is ok or not. If my account is ok , could you please tell me when my account will be reactivate? If there is any problem, can you infor me what is the problem and i will try my best to fix it. It has benn nearly 2 years since i first start this game. Therefore i am really love it. Please let me kknow what is going on?
