if you do not see the upgradebutton, click somewhere else on the board and then click back on the ParadeFloat. The buttons should return. Force close if still not showing.

Parade Float lev 5: 3 hr timer, 6 gems to speed up, drops 50 leprechaun coins, 350 ordinary coins, 1 exp, and very rarely 1 clover or 1 lucky magic.
建筑5级：3小时，6 gem加速，掉50 leprechaun coins，350金币，1经验，极低概率掉1 clover和1 lucky magic
然后lucky workshop可以做这玩意
