It looks like Marvel Comics might be planning the resurrection of a character close to Spider-Man.
A teaser was released reading "dead no more" a few weeks back, with the safest bet being Wolverine who – seeing that he 'died' in 2014 – Marvel must be itching to bring back.

But an updated version of the teaser hung with spiderwebs has been released, implying that the returning person will have some relation to our friendly neighbourhood wall-crawler Peter Parker.
Our minds instant and unwillingly stray to Uncle Ben, whose death is a famous part of the Spider-Man origin story.
In comics it has always been said that anyone can come back except for Uncle Ben, Thomas and Martha Wayne, and Bucky Barnes. Or, at least, that's what held until Bucky came back as the Winter Soldier.

Other candidates could be Spider-Man clone Ben Reilly, Doctor Octopus or Gwen Stacy (although with a clone and two alternate reality versions of her running around at the moment, that would be a bit redundant, right?)
Doc Ock was seen in a recent Amazing Spider-Man issue, so our bets (and hopes) are on him.
Against all odds, Aunt May remains alive.
