AMY(张小娴---香港著名女作家)旧杂志，看大家太无聊了，加点精神食粮，同学们不要再乱猜了哈！好好学习郑老师的人生哲学吧！我和芝士有个约会——by: 郑秀文 记忆中的第一口芝士, 是在飞机上尝到的, 是马上爱上了它, 亦打破了芝士的宿命. 自幼便认定”芝士”是属於异族的食物, 是洋人的玩意和口味, 中国人吃芝士是”祟洋”的表现, 有能力吃芝士都是身份, 地位的象徵……平民百姓亦只可以远观而不能”近试”…….. 现在来说, 这些当然是谬论, 而这些谬论幸好被飞机上的一口芝士彻底打破了. 我发现我并没有因为吃过芝士而变得祟洋, 亦没有因此而变得尊贵, 而且很多中国人也很喜欢品尝芝士, 然而, 为什麼我一直被这些谬论误导? 或许是那些高贵的餐具, 款客的手法, 餐桌上的洋烛, 还有, 那瓶port酒”威武:和吃时的态度把弱小的心灵吓倒了…… 反而让人忘记了其本质,味道, 让”吃芝士”神化了的是周边的东西, 芝士依然是芝士. 吃芝士, 绝不比吃白粥来得高贵. 吃芝士, 原来可以很随意.. 多麼庆幸, 那飞机上第一口尝试的勇气, 让我和芝士有重生的机会. 就是那麼的一口芝士. 就是那麼的一程飞行. 就是那麼的一份尝试精神. 造就了芝士和我. 从此, 每次飞行, 我内心总是有所期待…… 我和芝士有个约会. 后记: 第一次替AMY撰写文章…… 第一次感受赶稿的心情…… 第一次脱稿的内疚, 尴尬和不安…… 第一次遇见张小娴, 是在柴湾一影楼…… 第一次阅读张小娴的作品是>….. 第一次都令人难忘…… 谢谢Amy.

I HAVE A DATE WITH CHEESE (AMY issue 86) In my memory, the first bite of cheese that I tasted was on an airplane. Immediately fell in love with it, broke the myth of cheese. Since small, cheese was considered other races' food. It is western delight and cuisine. A chinese that eat cheese is someone who loves the western lifestyle, eating cheese represents a status in life...Normal people can only observe from far...for now, these beliefs are just nonsense, ever since eating cheese on the plane all these myths were broken. I found out that I didn't particularly love the westerners' after eating cheese, and didn't feel myself having a higher status. In fact a lot of chinese love to eat cheese. But why was I influenced by the myths ? When they used expensive cutleries, to serve guests, the candle on the table, also a pot of alcohol and the way they eat made me scared... Instead, the westerners forgot about the original taste, made eating the main dish heaven by using cheese, cheese is always cheese. Eating cheese does not give someone high status than someone who eat porridge. We can eat cheese anytime...how nice, the courage to try it the 1st time, gave me and cheese a new chance. The first bite of cheese. The trip on the flight. The courage to try. Brought together cheese and I. From then on, everytime on a flight, I have something to look forward to... I have a date with cheese. FLASHBACK : The first time I wrote an article for AMY... The first time I felt when I have to rush for deadline... The first time I missed the deadline and felt bad, sorry and not at peace... The first time I met Cheung Siu Lan, its at 1st floor of Chi Wan. The first time I read Cheung Siu Lan's article which is 'Personal Feeling'... The first time was unforgetable... Thank you AMY.
