NERDTree不能使用

每次打开都提示这个，进去之后可以不能打开文件
为啥呢？！求指教

第一个问题我找到原因了，是下面2行出问题了
call s:initVariable("g:NERDTreeDirArrowExpandable", "▸")
call s:initVariable("g:NERDTreeDirArrowCollapsible", "▾")
删除之后就好了
第二个问题就不知道怎么办了
