提名规则：1.提名范围是2014年12月初至2015年11月底所有出现在个人榜周榜的歌曲、艺人及相关专辑，提名要看单曲成绩，但不是最主要的考虑因素
2.本奖共设置24项，其中通类11项，分类13项，除年度专辑有10个提名，其余奖项提名均不超过6个，希望大家不要嫌多
3.大家投票时最好最多不要投超过两个候选项，靴靴
