Her Sydney villa has been valued at $19 million, while her beachfront retreat on the New South Wales coast is on the market for $3.8 million. Nicole - who is expecting her first child with husband Keith Urban in July - wants to buy a house with a larger garden, and is rumoured to be looking at properties which are closer to her family and friend Cate. Nicole lived in the Sydney villa with her ex-husband Tom Cruise, and was awarded the property in their divorce settlement. The 40-year-old actress bought the beachfront retreat in 2004, but has only visited it a handful of times according to local residents.
