linux redhat自带的httpd,正常运行，只要重新启动httpd服务就无法启动了
详情，情况是这样，在httpd服务无法开启的情况下，重启服务器，然后service httpd start 就可以正常启动了，之后如果再重启httpd服务就怎么也启不来了。报错如下
Bad file descriptor: LDAP cache: could not create shared memory segment
Configuration Failed
