一部有关中印士兵2013年对峙的视频曝光后，中国周一表示，现有的双边机制缓和了存争议边界的紧张局势，两军的关系已经得到改善。
“我看到了有关报道。关于几年前发生的事情，我们当时已及时介绍了有关情况并阐明了中方立场。”中国外交部发言人华春莹在新闻发布会上说。
她是在回应记者提出的有关印度电视台播放视频的问题。视频显示，两国士兵争论拉达克的这一特定地区属于他们国家。

India and China are mature countries and maturity reflects in their behavior. It is not like Pakistan which starts unprovoked firing on Indian side with the result India has to retaliate from time to time.
