中日角逐印尼高铁，中国高铁展在雅加达举办，印尼网民热议
An exhibition on China’s high- speed railway was held here on Thursday to promote the country’s bullet train technology.
Entitled”China High Speed Railway on Fast Track Exhibition,” the week-long event was opened Thursday by Chinese Ambassador to Indonesia Xie Feng.

According to Xie, China has been successfully operating 17,000 kilometers of high-speed rail, or 55 percent of the world’s total.
Nearly 1.7 billion passengers have been transported by high- speed rail around the world last year, of which 0.91 billion have taken China’s high-speed trains, he said.

他说，去年全世界有17亿乘客乘坐高铁出行，其中有9.1亿人乘坐的是中国高铁。

1st, based on the safety record, Japan has a perfect safety record for HRS operation.
2nd, Japan has operated and mastered HSR technology much longer than China.
3rd, Japan in general have offered a better proposal, except the time constraint that really put a break for the deal.

We know that accident happen sometimes, whether that caused by human error or system failure. But when we talk about HSR safety record, until today, Japan’s HSR operation hasn’t been dented by accident, and that’s a plus in my book.
众所周知，事故有时候是难免的，不管是人为的还是系统故障导致的。
但是就高铁安全记录来看，迄今为止日本高铁运行并未发生过事故。
No one will deny that China have achieved expertise in design, inovation and construction regarding HSR development. Hat off and salute to your country achievment. But, that said fact doesn’t make Japan technology is in any sense inferior.
To the contrary, Japan has achieved that capability a long tome ago, and in the process help to revolutionized the HSR technology.

Maybe now it’s your country’s turn, but any claim have to be tested and be proven by time. Regardless China achievement to build the longest HSR network in the world, it is still considered a recent development, time will tell and time will be the judge for the claim.
也许现在轮到你们国家了，但是任何声明需要得到时间的证明。不管中国已经建成了世界上最长的高铁网络，但是仍被视为最新的发展，需要时间来判断。
Like i already stated many times before, Japan proposal is far superior than China, from construction cost, to payment term. But one critical area will put brake on Japan HSR deal, Time. This is where China proposal shine, 3 years construction time indeed very interesting option that will change the battle equation.
Although i also have some doubt about this 3 years claim because in the previous project, China completed the Turkey HSR project in almost 10 years, marred with many delay and accident.

但是有一个关键方面踩了刹车，那就是日本的施工时间。
而这点正是中国提案的亮点，3年的施工周期确实是诱人的选择，能够改变平衡。

I dont see any thing good in linking Jakarta with Bandung using high speed train, particularly by seeing the project cost. the money should be used in other infrastructure project. The reason is because Bandung is not a satellite city of Jakarta and it is reachable by just using a bus, only take 2 hours from South Jakarta using toll road to visit Bandung.
不觉得用高铁把雅加达和万隆连接起来是好事，特别是高铁造价贵。
这笔钱应该被用于其他基础设施项目中。
万隆并非是雅加达的卫星城，可以坐大巴抵达，从雅加达南部出发只要2小时就到达万隆了

Indonesia in the future will have every inch of it’s land connected by HSR. There is enough for both Japan and China. Sadly, Indonesia isn’t yet in a financial/economic position to split between the two countries, i.e. not enough money to splurge on multiple lines and split them like between Airbus and Boeing to keep both happy.
