我从联想美国论坛找到的。
1.下载工具
http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/motherboards/desktop-motherboards/desktop-boards-software-extreme-tuning-utility.html
Intel® Extreme Tuning Utility (Intel® XTU) 工具，安装
2.降低电压
我的是 cpu 降低 100
cpu cache 降低 120
gpu降低 75
实测跑分 cpu 频率稳定在0.99gh左右

不错，刚才按照LZ的参数设置了，我的可以稳定在1.08GHZ以上。。看来我的U体质比LZ的好点
